Documents Required

When you apply for a Home Loan, certain documentation is required regarding your Income and Expenses.

This information is essential, and is required by the banks, for the following reasons:

1.Check your credit rating.
2.Determine your monthly installments.
3.Determine the value of the Home Loan.
4.To determine your monthly expenses to make sure you can repay the loan.

Required Documentation

1.Your Last 2 Salary Slips.
2.If your are self employed - Certified Financial Statements from your Accountant.
3.Your last 6 months bank statements.
4.Proof of residential address ( utility bill - electricity, telephone )
5.I.D. Documents
6.Marriage Certificate ( If applicable )

By having these documents readily available it will help speed up the process of your Home Loan Application.

How Long will the application take?

In most cases it shouldn't take more than 2 to 4 days, provided you have all your documents readily available.
